Project Manager
Martina has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications and experience with European funding programmes, project management, and implementing digital tools. She is the General Manager of the organisation and is responsible for coordinating company activities and ensuring quality implementation.
Evelina Petrova
Researcher & Psychologist
Evelina holds a master's degree in organizational psychology and cross-cultural management. Her expertise spans educational research methodology, program evaluation, and psychological aspects of organisational change. She specializes in analyzing learning environments, conducting validation studies, and developing research-based training content.
Maria Benova
Youth Worker
Maria is a youth worker with a bachelor's degree in Social activities and a master's degree in Pedagogy with English language teaching. She has additional qualification for youth work, experiential learning and outdoor education.
Mitko Manolov
Digital Integration and Organisational Development
Mitko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and has practical experience in supporting schools, companies and NGOs in integrating digital tools and innovative solutions into their daily operations.
